Michelle works magic! As a first-time home buyer, I was very unsure and new to the whole
process. I had plenty of questions. Michelle patiently helped me with everything and guided
me through the entire process. Her response time is extremely impressive. The home I
bought was a fixer upper and Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and really had my back
with making sure all of the appropriate bases were covered and that I wasn’t getting myself
into something I couldn’t handle. In addition, she put me in contact with wonderful people

Zack Pell was amazing! I was moving from out of state and was unable to be in town to see the
house I was interested in. Zack quickly took control, scheduling a showing that morning.
During the virtual showing he took his time and answered all of my questions, really giving
me a strong feeling of the house, both inside and out. When I decided to put an offer on the
house, his negotiating was great. With 7 offers on the table, mine was accepted. I am very
happy in my new home and without Zack I’m not sure I would be able to say that! Michell is
very driven. She would constantly give us updates throughout the process and made the
